For standard sizes, you can place an order by adding the item you want to the cart, select the size you need and the quantity. You will have the option to create an account at the end of the checkout process or check out as guests. All customers must include their telephone numbers when they check out, as it is required for our couriers to make the deliveries.
If you can't find the sizes you need and would like to place a custom-made order, you may contact us at email@example.com and we will advise you if a custom-made order can be done based on fabric availability.
Once order is submitted, it can't be cancelled. If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will advise you if it is possible to be done. Generally, as long as we have not shipped out the products, we can assist you with order changes.
We provide three payment options:
- PayPal: we accept PayPal payments with PayPal Express Checkout. A PayPal button will display during checkout. All transactions are secure and encrypted. Credit card information is never stored.
- Credit Card: we accept Credit Card payments with Master Card or Visa Card.
- Manual payment: we accept bank transfer to our DBS account. Please email us at email@example.com after you make payment, quoting your name and your order number.
All prices are displayed in SGD and all orders will be processed in SGD (Singapore Dollar).
Items are shipped from Singapore. We typically need 1 business day for order processing, after which expected deliveries are 1-2 business days using Courier Delivery and 2-5 business days using SingPost. In the event that we receive incomplete customer shipping information (e.g. no contact phone number), order processing may take more time and shipments may be delayed.
We use SingPost normal mail (non-registered), SingPost registered mail, and Courier Delivery for our shipment. You may choose your shipment option during check-out. We recommend SingPost registered or Courier Delivery as we can track the shipment and no chance of item lost during delivery. In the case you choose SingPost normal mail (non-registered), we are NOT LIABLE for lost mails.
The shipping and handling costs for orders are based on the total price of the order:
- Total order price up to $57 using SingPost non-registered - $3
- Total order price up to $57 using SingPost registered - $6
- Total order price up to $57 using Courier Delivery - $9. Please note for delivery to SENTOSA, there is additional charge of $9.
- Total order price between $57 to $150 using Courier Delivery - $9. Please note for delivery to SENTOSA, there is additional charge of $9.
- Total order price $150 and above using Courier Delivery - free of charge. Please note for delivery to SENTOSA, there is additional charge of $9.
Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Custom-made orders will take around 2 weeks to be shipped.
Exchange / Return Policy
If you are not completely happy with your online purchase, you may contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for an exchange or refund within 7 days of receipt. All return and shipping handling and charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Custom made items that are made based on customer requests are not exchangeable and refundable.
